أيها الناس في كل مكان،
من آسيا إلى أفريقيا، ومن أوروبا إلى الأمريكتين، ومن القرى الصغيرة إلى المدن الكبرى، نتوجه إليكم اليوم من قلب المسرح - منبع ابو الفنون، وذاكرة الأمم، وصوت الحرية.
المسرح ليس مجرد خشبة مسرح؛ بل هو جسر يربط أصالة الماضي بإبداع الحاضر، وحكمة القدماء برؤى الغد. إنه مرآة تعكس الحقيقة، ومساحة تفتح أبواب الفكر، وملاذ ينمي الأمل.
قال شكسبير ذات مرة: "العالم مسرح كبير، والرجال والنساء فيه مجرد ممثلين". وقال بريخت: "أعطني خبزًا ومسرحًا، وسأعطيك شعبًا مثقفًا". فكيف لا يكون المسرح إذًا مدرسة الأمم، ومصنع الحرية، ونافذة على المستقبل؟
لنجعل الكلمات مواقف، والمشاهد ثورات، والضحك دواءً، والدموع نورًا. لنجعل الفن في خدمة الإنسانية، ولنفتح أبواب المسرح أمام الشباب في كل بيت، لكي تصل الإبداعية إلى كل قلب، وليصبح الفن لغة عالمية توحدنا جميعًا.
يا مسرح، ستبقى شعلةً لا تنطفئ، وجسرًا تعبره الإنسانية من الظلام إلى النور، ورسالةً خالدةً إلى جميع شعوب العالم: أن الحرية والإبداع هما أعظم كنزلنا.

A Message to the People of the World
People everywhere,
From Asia to Africa, from Europe to the Americas, from small villages to great cities, we address you today from the heart of the theatre—the wellspring of the arts, the memory of nations, and the voice of freedom.
Theatre is not merely a stage; it is a bridge connecting the authenticity of the past with the creativity of the present, and the wisdom of the ancients with the visions of tomorrow. It is a mirror reflecting truth, a space that opens the doors of thought, and a refuge that cultivates hope.
Shakespeare once said, "All the world's a stage, and the men and women merely players." Brecht said, "Give me bread and a theatre, and I will give you a cultured people." How then can theatre not be the school of nations, the factory of freedom, and a window onto the future?
Let us make words stances, scenes revolutions, laughter medicine, and tears light. Let us make art serve humanity, and let us open the doors of the theatre to young people in every home, so that creativity may reach every heart, and art may become a universal language that unites us all.
O theater, you will remain an inextinguishable flame, a bridge across which humanity crosses from darkness to light, and an eternal message to all the peoples of the world: that freedom and creativity are our greatest treasures.
